TWENTYSOMETHING
Blaming is a habit. Meanwhile, time continues to run and the recent round of time passed so quickly. Over time, various processes of metamorphosis continues according to the nature of travel size. But the presentation of a natural progression that runs always get the arguments that are not proportional. Frame closest to me is the music business. But the reflection of this thinking can also be explored when you try on the field of media, advertising, land and so on.
With an ego that I have on the age of 34 years, I sometimes feel that my first born in the world and have hours of flying in several areas of the first I did. But I never limit others to learn all the positive experience so far. When studied at high school, I’ve opened myself to the younger class adrift despite 3 or 5 years without any pre-judgment. Experience this extraordinary friendship makes cross-index my age getting better until today.
Achievement as the story above was not shared by everyone. There are still a lot of the holders of adult status is not completely giving respect to young people and reality. Although we often hear and read in various media that support young adults, but I see there are still many who are not genuine, not just between the tongue and liver and they forget that young people are actually very sensitive to the content of transparency. Adults who like this I refer to as “Disconnected Generation”. Generation that suffered paralysis in defining a new generation.
In the music business, I often hear the chatter of adults aged from 30.40 and 50 years on an ambitious ideal situation for being approved as the proper perspective. At first it makes sense to me but I reached the point of boredom accept the scale of sense. For me, every person has the right to speak and act which is equivalent regardless of whatever background. Indeed, the experience is always valuable to be signs that are not beautiful violated. However, different terrain, different signs. The present generation is in her 20s has had its own signs that are not understood by the senior.
Lately I am often invited to give public lectures at various campuses in Indonesia and I am always amazed at their skill in communicating and working together a complex plan. They look casual with t-shirts and jeans are worn, but their adventures in the virtual world that makes many of them as a young millionaire. I can accept if you say this analysis is normal because life is repetition. I do not deny to try to justify themselves, but there is a texture difference between the repetition of which is duly understood as a whole mindset.
For the generations born in the 90s, they are often associated as the Digital Native (indigenous territory digital). I think this naming is unique and has a fairness because those born in the period of the year can not be equated with the previous generation. Contributions they had not properly considered only demography but an absolute decision is able to strengthen what has been done by adults. Although relatively young, but what is presented to many people value highly competitive. Twentysomething Generation is now requiring a very large exposure.
I have confidence in the 20s of the present generation to fill the canvas positive and work directly with the senior. I even had flicked the music business people who still live comfortably in the old paradigm of seniority through social media channels. I say that how sincere you are no longer in their 20s to give the baton to a new generation of music business. I am sure many who read this, but ignore the moral sentence. No other is because of ego, ego will not be replaced. This is a disease of abnormal and I am sure they will change when the regeneration has to understand what in the world who are not this long.
Adults who melancholy in music business has had a different purpose, namely how to make the music business as a dairy cow that can make convenient monthly fee and insurance has become a regular investment commitments. While young children have not touched korporatif such activities. Young man doing the music business for a fun and indeed become the core of creativity. Beyond this, the youth also good at optimizing the joy of a long dead farm business.
